Start with the order, not the method
Most people ask for screen printing because it’s the term they know. Sometimes it’s the right call, and sometimes another method fits better. Three things decide it: how many pieces you need, how many colors are in your artwork, and what you’re putting it on.
One office handles all four methods, so we have no reason to push you toward one. Tell us about the order and we’ll recommend the method that does the job well at the best price.
There’s no minimum order. Screen printing, DTF and embroidery share the same standard turnaround, 5–7 business days from proof approval. Uniform timelines vary by order, so ask us when you request a quote. You approve a proof before anything is made, and new customers pay a 50% deposit before production.

DTF has no minimum. Screen printing and embroidery start at 24 pieces per design. Uniforms are quoted by order.
Screen printing for bigger orders
Screen printing gives you thick, bright color that stays sharp on dark shirts. Ink goes through a screen one color at a time. The screens are made once, so your price per shirt drops as the order grows.
It’s the best value for logos and lettering in a few solid colors, on tees, hoodies and safety shirts. We print runs from 24 to 10,000 pieces.
DTF printing for full-color art
DTF, short for direct-to-film, puts full-color artwork on a shirt with no screens to set up. Your design is printed onto a film, and we heat-press that film onto the garment.
Nothing is separated into colors, so a design with twelve colors costs the same to set up as a one-color logo. That makes DTF the right choice for photos, gradients and fine shading, and for smaller orders where screen setup would drive up the price.
It also works on cotton, polyester and blends.
Embroidery for hats, polos and jackets
Embroidery stitches your logo into the garment in thread, so there’s no ink to crack, fade or peel. We turn your logo into a stitch file that the machine sews, stitch by stitch.
It’s the standard for hats, polos, jackets, aprons and bags, and for anything your customers see up close. Fine detail and thin lettering need to be simplified to stitch cleanly. You’ll see that on your proof before we sew.
Sublimated team uniforms
Sublimation dyes the design into polyester fabric instead of printing it on top. You get unlimited colors, edge to edge, with nothing on the surface to crack or peel.
It’s how full team kits are made: jerseys, shorts, singlets and warmups in one colorway, with names and numbers set from your roster. You approve the design before anything is produced.

Three things decide the method

Count the pieces
There's no minimum order. Bigger orders favor screen printing, because the setup is spread across more shirts. Orders under 24 pieces are printed with DTF.

Count the colors
One to four solid colors is a job for screen printing. Photos, gradients and long lists of colors are what DTF and sublimation do best.
- 03
Pick the garment
Hats, polos, jackets and bags get embroidery. Cotton tees take screen printing or DTF. Full polyester team kits are sublimated.
