Ordering takes three steps

Here's how an order goes from an idea to a box of finished shirts.

    Tell us what you need

    Pick a garment from our catalog, or describe the job and we'll recommend one that fits.

  2. 02

    Send your artwork

    Upload your logo or a rough sketch. Bella, our graphic designer, sets it up and sends you a proof.

  3. 03

    Approve and we print

    Approve the proof and your sizes, and our office sends an invoice. New customers pay a 50% deposit before production starts.

An online store for your team or group

We set up a store for your team, school, business or fundraiser. Everyone orders from one link, and we collect the orders, make everything and handle fulfillment. You stop chasing sizes and order forms.

For a fundraiser, we price each item with your goal built in, so the store raises money while everyone gets their gear.

CustomWear USA is a family-owned shop at 4949-8 Sunbeam Road. We’ve been making custom apparel for Jacksonville since 1999, and one order here can cover screen printing, DTF, embroidery, uniforms and promotional products. You don’t have to split a job across vendors.

Your artwork stays with us. Bella, our graphic designer, builds your proof, and Britney in the office keeps your order on track. Because the art is done here, a problem gets caught on the proof, not after 300 shirts are printed.

Questions we hear a lot

What is your minimum order?
Our minimum is 24 pieces per design for screen printing, DTF and embroidery, and we run orders up to 10,000. Each method has setup work that doesn't make sense on a handful of pieces. For sublimated uniforms, ask us when you request a quote. If you need fewer than 24, give us a call and we'll point you to your best option.
How long does an order take?
Standard turnaround for screen printing, DTF and embroidery is 5–7 business days, counted from the day you approve your proof. Uniform timelines vary by order, so ask us when you request a quote. Rush orders are available for an added fee. If a date won't work, we'll tell you up front.
Do I have to pay before you start?
New customers pay a 50% deposit before production starts, with the balance due on delivery or pickup. There's no payment on the website. Our office reviews your order first and then sends an invoice, so you're only invoiced for an order we've confirmed we can make.
Can you help if I don't have artwork ready?
Yes. Bella, our graphic designer, works on customer artwork every day, so a sketch, a photo or an old shirt is enough to get started. You'll see a proof and approve it before anything is made. Artwork fees may apply.
What's the difference between screen printing and DTF?
Screen printing is the better value on larger orders and simpler designs, and DTF is better for full-color art and smaller runs. Screen printing pushes ink through a screen one color at a time, so the price per piece drops as the quantity goes up. DTF prints the whole design onto a film that's heat-pressed onto the garment, so extra colors add no extra setup.
Where are you located, and can I pick up my order?
We're at 4949-8 Sunbeam Road in Jacksonville, and pickup is available. We're open Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Fridays by appointment. Call 833-477-6674 to schedule a pickup and we'll have your order counted and ready.
